ConsultPlus Health provides medical consultation services including online video sessions, home visits (Lusaka area), and clinic appointments. These services are provided by registered Zambian healthcare practitioners.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are for non-emergency medical advice. In the event of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. ConsultPlus is not a substitute for emergency care.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate medical advice or the termination of services.
4. Payment and Fees
Consultation fees are transparent and must be settled in accordance with our pricing tiers. Fees are subject to change, and users will be notified of costs prior to booking.
5. Professional Conduct
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of abuse toward our clinical and support staff. Respectful communication is required at all times.
